In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pk96", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the pk96 platform accessible at pk96.bio, a company incorporated and licensed under applicable international gaming regulations.
• "Platform" means the pk96 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications, and all gaming, betting, casino, payment, and account services offered thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a pk96 account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the pk96 Platform, identified by a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins winnings, or other non-cash incentive values credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games or markets before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency of the pk96 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process pk96 is obligated to conduct under its international licence conditions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk96 Platform and contact our support team to close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are available in English. The English version is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with translations or summaries.

Access to and use of the pk96 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk96 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement and will verify age via CNIC or other acceptable identity documentation during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of pk96 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from pk96 or have an active self-exclusion in effect at the time of registration or use.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under local law applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pk96 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access real-money gaming services on pk96, you must register an Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, CNIC number, and valid contact details.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered pk96 Account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Account Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Material inaccuracies — particularly in name, date of birth, or CNIC — may delay or prevent withdrawals.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk96 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pk96 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: If you suspect that your pk96 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk96 support immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: pk96 is required under its international licence to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested for KYC purposes, including copies of CNIC, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the pk96 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk96 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of Players.

Deposits: Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Cash OTC. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the Cashier section of your pk96 Account. Deposits made to your pk96 Account are intended solely for the purpose of gaming on the Platform and are not a form of savings or investment.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with pk96's anti-money laundering obligations. pk96 targets withdrawal processing times of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within a few business hours for bank transfers, subject to payment processor availability.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
• pk96 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds as required under applicable compliance obligations.
• Withdrawals requested from accounts under investigation for fraudulent activity or policy breach will be frozen pending resolution of the investigation.
• pk96 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or mobile wallet service interruptions.

pk96 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where specified, a qualifying deposit.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be transferred to the real-money balance or withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and expiry timeframes are specified in individual promotion terms. Players should read all promotion-specific terms before opting in.
• pk96 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of withdrawal remain subject to their original terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or systematically abusing refer-a-friend programmes — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• pk96 has the final say on the interpretation and application of bonus terms in cases of ambiguity or dispute.

The specific rules governing each game type and betting market available on the pk96 Platform are published within the relevant game or betting section. General rules applicable across all pk96 gaming products include:

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed and settled. pk96 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted under applicable game rules or in cases of manifest error.
• Manifest Error: In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game settings, or software malfunction — pk96 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant player accounts. pk96 has sole discretion to determine whether a manifest error has occurred.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with official match results as confirmed by the relevant cricket authority. In the event of match abandonment, applicable void rules as stated in the specific market terms will apply.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems or live physical game equipment operated by licensed studio providers. All game outcomes are independently audited.
• pk96 slot games return to player (RTP) percentages are available within the information section of each game. RTPs are theoretical averages calculated over millions of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• pk96 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict market access, or decline individual bets where it reasonably determines that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of its offering or to comply with applicable regulatory obligations.

• Registering or using a pk96 Account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Operating more than one pk96 Account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reversed.
• Collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or sharing information to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by pk96.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward pk96 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the pk96 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video content, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk96 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk96 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the express prior written consent of pk96.

The pk96 name, logo, and associated brand marks are trademarks of pk96. Unauthorised use of pk96 trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or loss of enjoyment.

pk96's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk96 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pk96 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, or that it will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. Planned maintenance and emergency downtime may occur without advance notice in urgent circumstances.
• pk96 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processor outages that affect your ability to access the Platform or process transactions.
• Gambling involves inherent financial risk. pk96 does not guarantee any particular outcome or rate of return from gaming activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and that gaming outcomes are determined by chance.

pk96 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we have invested substantially in the tools and processes needed to support players who may be experiencing difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will alert them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Reality Checks: pk96 displays periodic notifications showing session duration and net gaming activity to help players maintain awareness of their play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and is irrevocable for the selected period. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to register a new pk96 account.
• Account Closure: Players who wish to close their account for any reason may do so by contacting pk96 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

pk96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk96 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• The player's Account has been used in connection with suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to pk96.
• The player has engaged in abusive conduct toward pk96 staff or other players.

Upon termination of an Account for a breach of these Terms, pk96 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or money laundering is involved, to freeze and withhold the real-money Balance pending investigation and any required regulatory reporting. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a player breach, any verified real-money Balance (net of outstanding wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting support. All real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method following successful KYC verification.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk96 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes as to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution procedure, players are encouraged to contact pk96 support to attempt informal resolution. pk96 commits to responding to formal written complaints within 5 business days and to making good-faith efforts to resolve disputes without recourse to formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you as a consumer that cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

pk96 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — pk96 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to registered players and/or by posting a notice on the Platform prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements, may take effect immediately upon publication without advance notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms was published. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the pk96 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
